Pros

Maybe the Pros is that the opportunity to work at the comfort of your home. Apply when you will not be assigned as an email support for WT team because this team is very toxic because of the Coordinators.

Cons

The team I belong to is toxic, particularly because of certain coordinators. When you ask about processes, they often respond rudely and unprofessionally. Coordinator P is extremely lazy when it comes to assigning tickets, while Coordinator H seems to lack a clear understanding of her responsibilities. When we ask her questions, her answers are often completely unrelated, leaving us to disregard her instructions. Coordinator W also contributes to the toxic environment. On the first day of ticket solving, she made a passive-aggressive comment in the operational tracker about competition. Such behavior fosters negativity and is highly inappropriate in a professional organization. The worst part of this toxic environment is the attitude of these coordinators. For instance, when someone asked if promotions were quick for the "WT" client, one coordinator became angry and said, "If you want, just don't come to work anymore." This response was not only insulting but also completely unprofessional, especially toward someone asking a genuine question. Another major issue is favoritism in ticket dispatching. Coordinators assign a large number of tickets to their friends, while others receive fewer than 20. This unfair distribution creates frustration and resentment among team members. Additionally, when we approach the team leads with questions, we are often met with curt and dismissive responses, which only adds to the toxicity. However, I would like to commend TL Ronnie (I don’t feel the need to hide his name because of how exemplary he is). TL Ronnie addresses concerns professionally and efficiently, strictly following processes. Despite having only two weeks of training, he clearly knows his responsibilities and executes them with great skill. He is a shining example of how team leads should operate. Message to Mindy: Please don’t let your environment become toxic because of individuals like these coordinators. Their behavior is unprofessional, rude, and damaging to the team’s morale and productivity. I hope you can address these issues promptly to create a more supportive and fair working environment.
