      Very skilled and ambitious team, the people worked always closely together and were eager to strive for a solution rather then complaining about problems

      Pros

      Minodes has been acquired by Telefonica NEXT therefore you will receive your salary at the end of the month, no matter if the performance of the company is poor.

      Cons

      Culture does not exit. They will try to sell you that it is an amazing, flexible environment to work for, it is not. Lack of leadership. Soulless HR department, don´t expect people operations/employee experience/employee success.
