Pros
- Great place to learn, grow and improve career wise. - space to experiment and build - low ego environment - team members are super helpful - emotionally healthy working environment. - competitive compensation with cool perks - the team is super passionate about the product we’re building and its impact on the world we live in. - everybody cares about everybody - great communication and transparency from the top down
Cons
- My baseline for what working in a cool company looks like has been destroyed 😂 - sometimes there’s high pressure to deliver in certain periods, but I guess that comes with working in a startup environment

• Customer obsessed founders who demand excellence from themselves and the team • Clear product market fit, strong growth rate, and logos include several of the world's most important companies • Compensation is 90th percentile in SF • Caring team that and low ego culture • Transparent about financials, metrics, and challenges
Cons
• Not an environment for anyone who isn't excited about trying to become great at what they do • 5 days a week in office is a challenge some weeks (though I think beneficial for this business)
