I have been working here for more than 4.5 years and have seen the company continuously grow during that time. The company genuinely cares about employees and recognizes people who contribute to the company’s success. Employees receive continuous salary hikes each year along with noticeable bonuses. The work culture is positive, and management provides flexibility depending on the job role, while the tech team is fully remote, which provides good flexibility for employees. Management also listens to employee feedback and continuously works on improving both the product and company culture. It is also a good place to learn and grow in the fintech industry with opportunities to work on real products and responsibilities.
Cons
Merchant coverage can still be expanded further across more regions in Sri Lanka as the company continues to grow.
