I was fired from this job over 2 years ago, best thing that ever happened to me. This guy drained me of my confidence as a sales person and it took me months to recover from this hell. I have been wanting to write this review for so long and finally decided to do it. At the very least, it may help you avoid making the mistake i made when i took a job here. If I havent been able to stop thinking about this hell hole for two years, imagine how bad it must have been. DO NOT TAKE A JOB HERE IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE WORKING WITH THE CEO. dont believe me? Reach out to any past sales employees and ask about their experience. The CEO, who you will be working with, has the worst micromanaging style, so bad that they should write books about him. He'll have you memorizing (word to word) a script of an hour long demo script, with ZERO INPUT FROM YOU. He believes he knows sales, and has no regard for your past experience and that fact that you may know sales better than someone whose never worked in sales. You think you can improve on something he gave you? Nope. You got feedback? Nope. You got a personality? Nope. You think you know sales? Nope. Nope to everything, Do what you're told and then do it twice over. If it doesn't work? You must not be doing it right. Lets have a 3 hour long zoom meeting where i'll point out how you didn't do it right, even though you did it exactly how i do it. You'll be working extremely long hours. You will not earn any commissions, the plan is terrible. You will hate your life, and you will stay traumatized long after you leave, which trust me, you will leave. This guy fired 5 sales employees within a year of me getting let go, probably 3-4 more people from other departments. At some point even he has to wonder, was it their fault or mine? P.s. one year long probationary period with no vacation days. Its great for the company, cause you'll never get past probation so you'll never have a day off. Enjoy hell :) The other founder is great btw, disregard if you're gonna be working with him instead of Frank.
