Pros
It's a young company made of young ppl that are enthusiast and willing to challege themselves.
Cons
As all young companies, objectives and strategies change on a daily basis and sometimes it's a little messy to understand how to run a project or who is responsible for what. It's like Christmas at your granparents house: you don't really like all of the people there, there is a lot of noise and mess, and at the end of the day you'll probably go home with an headache. But you wouldn't trade it for the world :)
