Pros
Salary is good. People are smart and experienced. Most of the medium level/senior managers are very knowledgeable. Top-level of work has been done here.
Cons
Everything gets wrong with the rotten of C-level leadership. Some make no decision and take no responsibility, some make toxic environment. The culture crush are obvious.

The company has very poor leadership. Tight deadlines and unreal expectations put too much preasure on employees. It is the result of a cultural clash.
