      Supportive colleagues but poor guidance and toxic seniors

      Pros

      Even they have a long list of redflags, but still have a little number of nice people there. Would recommend for fresh grad but not to stay long here

      Cons

      -Lack of guidance, for the fresh grad you need to do everything on your own. -The so-called “Senior Qs” always played with blaming others. Sometimes they also didn’t know the basic knowledge about contract and the workflow of the projects.

      1. Poor management. 2. Toxic work environment. 3. More criticism than constructive advice. 4. Lack of teamwork among colleagues. 5. Inefficient and unorganized systems. 6. Unsupportive team dynamics. 7. High turnover. 8. Toxic behavior from senior manager. 9. Overworked employees with little recognition. 10. Superiors lack support for their team. 11. A strong culture of blame instead of problem-solving.
