CEO is fake but smile like genuine. CEO is very clever and excellent in fooling innocent employees. We thought we can trust CEO but this is not correct. Employees are not so clever so they can't catch him.CEO is the main vilan behind every conspiracy. He is sweet on face but arrogant in the back. He only wants to misuse everyone. He forced developers to do marketing of the company. In this company there is a very simple formula for getting high salary and becoming team lead which is buttering and deep buttering. A non technical and 9 months of experienced is a team lead here.

1. Low Salary 2. Less Leaves, and No benefits , worst work culture 3. Employees when sexually harrassed by CTO, No action is taken against him. Instead action is taken against the harassed employees. 4. Changes in the content of the document signed by someone else , are made by the HR. Everyone can understand what this is known as under the law. 5. One could be made to sign strange documents, which do NOT comply with Indian or California (U.S.) laws , Thus making a mockery of the existing laws in the countries and rights of Citizens . 6. Employees are mentally tortured, harassed, oppressed, slapped with false charges. Leading the employees to even attempt suicide (professional) 7. Cleavage showing developer leads some senior member S prd Mgr, Such display of PDA & PDI is common, during meetings and on the floor , to the utter disgust and discomfort of the other employees. Gets the credit of the work done by others, and her mistakes are put on the other innocent employee. 8. Senior Management does not bother to hear the suffering of their employees. 9. Bad Company and Bad Bosses , never join
