      Pros

      Some nice people and convenient location.

      Cons

      Top management does not have any clues how to operate the company and how to keep good people. Some managers are really incompetent and seniors are leaving. Recent significant pay cut due to the pandemic demoralized employees a lot.

      Pros

      - Some nice people - Diverse team - Small company, less process, easy to make things happen and have your voice heard

      Cons

      - Some managers can be passive aggressive and unprofessional - “Family-like” culture that expects you to work long hours, break your back and go above and beyond without fair compensation. Management expects you to do the most while they pay you the least and just give you “kudos” or “high-fives” as a reward - Constant pressure that if you’re not doing the most for this company, you’re not living by their values - Not remote friendly, they look down on you for wanting to work from home due to safety concerns/covid and management even fired someone for it - Poor work/life balance
