Pros

•Fully remote work •Members on the team with a modern POV who really do their best to educate leadership on the world in 2025 even when it often falls on deaf ears.

Cons

•Multiple reorganizations leading to instability •Extremely high turnover, both voluntary and involuntary, with employees often leaving for competitors (myself included) •Any discussion about pay is met with resistance and offense from leadership •PTO requests are closely monitored and discouraged •Expected to work harder without fair compensation or clear merit-based raises •No consideration for cost-of-living adjustments •Leadership lacks true business acumen, relying on outdated views rather than strategic growth •A culture of expecting employees to be “grateful” rather than fostering career development •Leadership consistently fails to plan ahead, making major decisions without transition plans, leaving employees scrambling to pick up the pieces

Pros

The only pros for me was that it was remote, they paid well/good insurance options and that I got to work with some truly amazing and genuine peers.

Cons

Unfortunately, the pros were overshadowed by management's lack of organization and toxic/outdated management practices. It's a 13 year old "start up" that feels like working in a frat house where they mainly hire their friends regardless of work ethic. They've made no effort to operate like a real company and employees feel this in every step of the work. We had two weekly meetings where staff was usually berated about not working hard enough, there are never ending rounds of layoffs and a general lack of respect for employees. This fostered a really toxic environment and pit teams against each other because everyone is always just trying to get by - no one has time to help each other/think ahead. The company culture is one big blame game - every time something goes wrong (which was often because they're severely understaffed and there's no process) it turns into an instant finger pointing game, even though the root issue is having no structure or organization because of poor management. I've never worked somewhere so juvenile, immature and unprofessional. Every time we would try to focus on process/organization management didn't care to prioritize it over going to industry events or focusing on sales, so you can never get ahead and every day acts as a reactive fire drill. I never had a true day off while I worked there because they're too understaffed and don't care about pto. They don't tell you when interview, but once you join the company you're constantly told "this isn't a standard 9-5" and they expect you to be available at all times including well after hours. They also make PTO impossible - there were about 6 different steps required for PTO because the honest answer is they don't want you taking any. When I started the agency was over 50 people, now it's probably under 30. The actual work wasn't even hard, but the company made everything inefficient and 10x more work than it needed to be. They also don't protect employees from other employees and allow harassment even when it delays work/deadlines. Avoid at all costs and work anywhere else.

Pros

Fun people and work from home policy.

Cons

Long hours, too much focus on process and not innovation or focus on getting things done
