    Pros

Staff are all lovely all get on

    Cons

Everyone so un happy there, staff keep each other going. Keeps everyone late so they have no life, gets rid of people weekly but won’t do it himself gets everyone else to do it for him. Makes them redundant by a text when U arrive home from work then dosnt pay them what they owed. Could say a lot more but don’t have the time.

I worked at MissPap full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Can't think of a single thing.

    Cons

Long hours, made to work over time for no reason and for no extra money. Cameras everywhere that he watches and gives you a work phone just so he can text and micromanage every second of the day. No appreciation for hard work, constantly promises incentives, pay rises etc, never follows through. Hired and fires constantly, no job security what do ever. Also doesn't fire to their face, you'll usually get a text at 11pm on Sunday to say you're fired.

I worked at MissPap full-time for less than a year

    Pros

All the teams I worked with. Marketing/ E-comm, Buying, Customer Services and the Warehouse gang are all hard working, talented, down to earth and a good laugh. Merlins

    Cons

I personally never had any problems with the owner, although I know plenty of other people that did. The biggest problem was motivation. Everyone was motivated to make the company successful but it was demoralizing to work for someone who didn't appreciate strategy and long-term planning. If you didn’t laugh you’d cry but it was funny sometimes! The owner just randomly jumping on a plane to America one Sunday night and not returning for months. What a guy…I mean the random WhatsApp calls in the dark at 3am USA time were slightly worrying, but not surprising to be fair. I felt leaving was the right thing to do in the end. No one can say they feel secure. If you're looking to buy a house for example, you would be mad not to find something more stable. It was crazy sometimes during the 6 hour long senior management meetings waiting to find out who was getting sacked next - False alarm, just the owner explaining to everyone how to do their jobs. We all grew to love phrases like "share of voice" and strong "organic visibility". I am now vegan I heard the word organic that much one afternoon.

    I worked at MissPap full-time

    Pros

Only pros are the warehouse staff who are very good and should go somewhere else and get treated better.

    Cons

Everything about the place, horrible atmosphere, ratty snide people, nothing you do is appreciated by managers or anyone else, expected to do the work of ten people but when you do it’s still not good enough, people are nice to your face but are really chatting the most behind your back (talking about fully GROWN men and women).
