      Pros

      None. The CEO stepped down within several months of employment leaving most of the management and teams in shambles. This sidelined the entire momentum and internal company dynamics. Many prominent leaders, employees and talent began to drop off or were let go due to re-orgs.

      -Lack of individual growth -Meritocratic and award based growth system, often underrepresenting those who exceeded or aligned in terms of performance growth -Extremely toxic and passive aggressive management at the team levels -Lack of emphasis and focus on employee mental health requirements -Massive sprints on projects often exceeding hours, with no regards to personal time -The company requires a psychoanalytic examination to gauge how your personality type will correspond with other team members
