Pros

Some hospitals are filled with really great people. Some corporate office employees are really great and really care about the field of veterinary medicine.

Cons

C suite is almost all non veterinary, corrupt and toxic. They say it was started by veterinarians but now it's only ran by selfish business men. The rich, old, white man is all that matters to them.

Terrible Leadership

Pros

Remote work option depending on your position. Descent salary and benefits.

Cons

Favoritism, no opportunities for career growth, terrible leadership. Expect to report to DVM's and not actual business professionals with HR, TA, Operations, or Business experience. The marketing and events teams are amateur at best. The executive leadership at MVP is a fraternity, which will never be broken because those individuals sold their practices to MVP for job security. These men also worked for each other prior to joining MVP. This company will fire you without notice, a PIP, or professional development discussions. This company was great before it scaled too fast and got too big. They are hemorrhaging funds and BD is completely irresponsible when it comes to the financial stability of the company.

Pros

good pay. That's about it.

Cons

Many times when I read reviews, I think it must be a bitter person that was crappy at their job. After working here, I can assure you that is not the case. Especially if you are on the home office staff, they will let you go with NO warning, NO coaching, NO nothing and this is just if they feel like it. It doesn't matter if you deserve to be let go or not. Everyone on my team except two people have found their way out of there, and are SOOOO much happier, and I imagine the other two are trying their best to jump ship. If you need money and are desperate, take the job, but don't stop looking just in case. Mr. Aubrey impressed me so much when I first started because he gives a pep talk about his father and how much he admired him. I guess I was fooled by that. There are some snakes in HR that need to be cleared out, and that is all I will say. In short, read the reviews, especially the recent ones. Don't you see a trend here? Can all these people be "disgruntled"? And don't believe the "canned response" from MVP. I feel sorry for the poor person that has to leave a response.
