There is no people centric or process centric approx. The company is run by few frantic people who whip everyone to their whims and fancies. One is liked - he is kept, one is not liked - he is fired. The MD / COO / CFO or other senior member are all cunning and clever people who use people to their need and throw them once their use is over. You can never expect any loyalty from the employer wherein the company will expect your life for employing you.
