Very unethical practices, micro management (all employee screens including cellphones will be monitored directly as well as in CCTVs), no empathy towards employees (One of our co worker passed away and management asked us to attend the funeral only in our lunch break so that the work schedule will not get disturbed). employees are recruited saying it's a manufacturing company but everything is bought, packed and shipped from china and just the labelling is done in India. Company completely survives on influencer marketing and by getting fake reviews on Amazon. poor quality products no long term opportunities no growth poor salaries no medical policy un healthy work environment and culture no HR policies everything changes as per the whims and fancies of management. what is promised today may not be existing tomorrow

- Pompous management - Highly elitist and opposed to any ideas but who they deem worthy (which is usually elite third party friends of theirs) - They don't pay salary and cut ties with you without settling dues (they call it absconding when you resign on medical grounds) if you need medical leave for more than a couple of days - Withhold salaries as punishment for perceived bad behaviour - Expect you to work for 11-12+ hours per day and make silly excuses (saying it's not every day that you stay back - data proves otherwise) to make you stay over 12 hours from Monday to Saturday easily - 10 annual holidays and barely any approval when you take your designated leaves - Founders kep grumbling how they have to work so hard and all the time and therefore you should too as they are paying you (which they don't, they make you beg for days for salaries) - Toxic, Toxic, Toxic. You are better of selling peanuts than work for such an inhumane company with zero human ethics.
