      I get to work with nice colleagues

      Cons

      No structure or leadership. Never know if you are doing a good job or not. You will just find someone has been let go in the general Slack channel every few days with no explanation. No direction from management. You only know they exist because of the ever present fear of being let go for something you weren't told about before it happens. I am waiting for my name to appear in Slack one day and it's scary.

      Pros

      Everyone is treated well, if you work like an adult you are treated like one - no clock watching! If you have potential, Mixam will see it and work with you to use it. Very accommodating if you have home commitments and flexible with hours (depending on your role) to work around childcare drops etc. Mixam has huge potential and is growing year on year so a stable and innovative time of growth ahead.

      Cons

      You do actually have to work, the company is open almost 24/7 and there is no let up with customers. As long as you thrive on hard work you will be fine :)
