      Company that relies heavily on false self-employment.

      Pros

      Some of the projects are interesting.

      Cons

      They force you to be self-employed despite being treated as a full-time employee. You don’t have any paid vacation or sick days but have to adhere to a fixed schedule and work full-time for a fixed salary that, by the way, doesn’t even reach minimum wage.

      -Strict tolerance on beginners mistake eventhough that error was made on your first week for the role -Low consideration for contractual or freelance employee
