Repetitive boring work

Pros

Get to play in the office and party on Fridays. Work, fun environment good for newbies.

Cons

Do not get the opportunity to grow skills and learn new things. Repetitive work with constant degradation in work quality is bad. No one is there to supervise or improve the work and skills.

What a bad place to work at. There’s nothing to learn, all the positive comments are been written by few of the company people itself. There’s nothing to learn. They just give you a hope that you’ll learn but in reality they are just hiding their scam business. It’s not a real digital marketing company. Just few people within the team know about the scam that they are selling. This company is gonna get shut really soon. The managers are very toxic, always remember that the place where the higher management keeps saying that the place is nice and good but in reality it is always the most toxic place. They don’t let you leave the organisation easily and when you leave the HRs treat you worse. You have to work all the time there’s no personal life or sick leave. I wasted a lot of my months wish someone could write a review about this company prior on Glassdoor, I would’ve never joined. Please don’t join I have lots and lots reason to say but I end it here.
