      - competitive salary - attractive bonuses - really good and competent management - balanced workload - regular feedbacks - on-site & off-site company meetings, retreats and integrations - founders are open to suggestions, changes and upgrades

      Good company with good projects, company culture and especially easy-going people. Working hours are flexible, you work for clients from different parts of the world, and you work from wherever you want

      When working remotely all the time, it would be nice to have more events for the team during the year

      - easy going managers - relaxed atmosphere - more or less flexible schedule - managment tries to takes care of the employees from human perspective

      Cons

      - extremly high technical debt - low professional growth You're also given one day a month for the professional growth, where you can do anything you want, while in other companies it's 10% of the time at minimum plus you're growing while doing the actual job..
