      Pros

      Career Growth big NO IT culture NO, No process how to run a IT project, not even. Worst experience

      Cons

      Over 8+ years of exposure through out my whole IT career. worked in major metropolitan cities One of my worst experience I have had with Mobilyte Inc. Designated As Sr. Business Analyst(Grade-II). No strategist planning Every week they are changing the irrelevant policies.

      Pros

      The company has a bad name in the market, The bidders in the company think that they are kings, the work for developers is not much, the HR team plays the spoil sport, they discourage their employees,the number of employees are decreasing on a daily basis.

      Cons

      The cons are too many, they think they are good but unfortunately its a myth,I would not recommend this company to any any of my friends or peers as it could destroy or effect their careers.

      Good infrastructure, Canteen facility Salary onTime Company owner cool& great guy.

      Cons

      No technical leads Most of the time developers are free, so its very critical for any developer's career even for company growth. Project manager, leads don't care about projects, just for their to get huge salary credited ontime and play politics to carry their designation
