Pros
I've been employed with Redmond and Greer for over two years and it has been the most enjoyable company I've been apart of. Its amazing to be apart of a company that has seen amazing growth (DFW Area Top 10 Fastest-Growing Middle Market Business).
Company Culture - The company has Key Behaviors they want employees to exhibit on a daily basis. The Key Behaviors are Act with Integrity, Treat Others With Respect, Committed, Collaborative, Hold Yourself and Others Accountable, Seek Knowledge, Continuous Improvement, and Run to the Problem. These Key Behaviors have created a work environment that has made this company and its employees feel like family.
Competitive Sales Salary - Redmond and Greer wants the best for their employees and offers Sales Professionals a chance to enter it the pharmaceutical industry and make great uncapped residual commissions. It's not easy but its a job that "you get what you put in" and feel rewarded especially if you're money motivated.
Constantly looking for areas of improvement - Whether its moving to a nicer office or different technologies, the company is proactive in making life easier for its employees.
Cons
Communication - As a young company it has struggled at times with communication but there have been efforts to fix "start-up" communication issues. Recently they have started Feedback Sessions to help make sure every voice is properly heard in the company.
Changes - With it being a young company there are changes that occur. Its a learning organization so its always evaluating ways to improve which might frustrate some in the short term but the intent is always in the right place for the company to sustain its growth.
