      Flexible and calm management approach, no micro management whatsoever Pay was good, for someone who came from a lower salary bracket due to location Customer base were all amazing, staff eager and keen to help in any situation

      Cons

      Merger with Nasstar not the greatest of decisions, it caused a lot of disruption to staff and systems being used.

      Flexible working and brilliant people to work with. Would recommend if you want to get a foot in the door into IT or UC

      Cons

      Poor pay Poor benefits Management good at talking but that’s about it. Less confident people who don’t make a noise about being under paid are left forgotten and undervalued
