Work culture is terrible. Team leads change based on tasks, and the current one is the worst, she unnecessarily complains about others, doesn’t support the team, If someone accomplishes something, she tries to take credit and make others believe I did it. She has two faces nice in front of us but complains behind our backs. Management doesn’t allow us to complete the current requirements properly, they rush us and immediately assign new tasks without giving us time to finish the previous ones. There are no holidays for any festivals, and we are forced into unnecessary weekend meetings. The HR team is also unreliable. The first HR misled candidates with false promises, hiring people under the claim of a 3 month notice period but later firing them with excuses. Some employees never even receive their joining confirmation, and worse, they don’t get paid for the work they’ve already done.
