Liked the management and the work that area managers put in

Cons

Despite liking the management, i feel like at times they were stuck in the old times. Everything is moving forward and Momentum needs to keep up.

Momentum have been superbly brilliant since I started with them at the end of last year. Managers have been very helpful

Pros

Loads of pros. Paid every two weeks pay always correct and non time managers very helpful. Doors alway open attitude. We have a manager on site that will alway sit down with you. Cant give any higher praise to the company so far.

Cons

One con would be only 20 days payed holiday when most security companies do 28. Other than that fantastic company to work for. Pay is just above other security companies for same work as well.

Pros

A lot of Irish people around - good to get used to different accents and become comfortable in spoken English. Okay-ish for starter job. Good to learn to manage own time and become aware of your own limitations and start to value your labor and respect yourself and start thinking about what you really want to do in life. Because you wouldn't want to stay there for too long, even if you think you could.

Cons

Hard work for low salary rate. Hospital environment, sick people. Micromanagement. Can get pains and aches due to repetitive tasks.
