      A handful of supportive colleagues

      Cons

      Management's "unique" leadership style, which often involves expecting employees to work late nights and weekends, ensuring we never run out of things to do. Compensation is far below market standards, making it hard to justify the extra hours and effort. Big shoutout to the management for their unique leadership style, it's been eye-opening, to say the least. It has taught me resilience in ways I never imagined

      Offices are okay. Costa downstairs with nice big canteen

      Cons

      No clear career development. No paid overtime and they expect you to give up evening and weekend time. No added benefits for working hard.

      NA. You are busy all the times.

      Cons

      No bonus. Always work overtime without pay. The office would rather spend more money in acquiring more offices/expanding than paying bonus to own staff..
