Pros

Some great people. The office is nice. Good location. There is nothing more I have to say that would be helpful

Cons

Appalling management especially in relation to poor performance. Low morale in many teams. Attrition rate ridiculously high for such a small organisation

Pros

Great team work ethic that is found in the commitment towards supporting one another personally and professionally. Emphasis on taking initiative in problem solving, which creates a sense of empowerment over your own work but with accountability to colleagues and.

Cons

Having been made redundant from this position there was poor decision making in laying off its workers who had key in-house knowledge, experience and skills. This felt like we weren't appreciated through lack of regard for the quality for the company's employees.

Pros

Commitment to helping people, really nice people and relaxed environment.

Cons

The transition to the new body has been very disrupting, there have been projects in the pipeline blocked/canceled/changed and not started for months now. New head of digital is imposing a new very expensive technology stack, shaking and slowly demolishing the existing development team.
