Company's culture is nice, people are usualy friendly and welcoming. Interesting projects take place with a strong focus on innovation and management team members do have a strong strategic vision on the company's mission and what the necessary steps to achieve major goals are. Mobility opportunities are a major pro too.
Cons
Low salary and relatively low flexibility with working remotely.
