Pros
- Quite relaxed vibe. - Engineering team is made of mostly enjoyable and easy-going folk.
Cons
- CTO has gaslighted people on multiple occasions. Should be able to mostly avoid him. - Company increases economic inequality in the world. - Codebase is okay but unstable because of some bad bets made in the past (dying ecosystem of Clojure). - Diversity is not really a thing. - Senior management doesn't seem to care too much about company values. - Still trying to prove product/market fit after 9 years running (2021 now).
