      Easy to accept cleaning contracts Liability Insurance coverage to employees Can work full or part time Easy to schedule time off when needed

      Cons

      Zero direct contact with clientele - all communication goes through mopify so when there are issues you have to wait for a response from all parties Average pay - only take home $22/hr when the client pays $35+/hr

      Can set your own hours! The best thing ever which makes it worth it Great HR they support you

      If someone leaves a bad review that seems skewed or biased, you cant really change it. Not all clients are good people. Some people are hoarders.
