      Pros Outweigh the Cons For Me

      Pros

      Flexible family/worklife schedule. Able to work from my home office and spend time with family as needed while balancing my work schedule on the daily. Owners show trust in their employees. Good salary for the position I'm in, considering the flexibility they allow me to have in being with family. Company provided take home vehicle helps supplement salary.

      Cons

      Teamwork is lacking. Receive more negative than positive feed back from management. Low morale comes and goes throughout due to lack of communication.

      Good pay, flexibility and the freedom to be apart of building a team.

      Cons

      Unable to recruit new people. There are two owners and they are both good guys but there is a lack of support for my department due to being to busy. The work culture could be better.
