Staff turnover low, must have one of the highest percentage of employees who have served 20+ years. This leads to a very stale and slow workplace. Suitable for select stages of a career but not for one who has aspirations.

Appalling management support Boys club at the top Massively over-bought stock year upon year with nowhere to store it, squeezing it into every orifice available at the constant expense of H&S. Drew far too much out of the emotional contract. Blatantly lied to staff as to the reason for a TUPE which wasn't a TUPE and carried out illegal practices during the shambolic process. Questionable practices during the pandemic relating to Furlough/furlough payments. Stock control was absolutely appalling and yearly audits were doctored within the 6 month run up to the external auditors visit.
