weekly paid job with overtime opportunities. local and within walking distance to work, some nice office staff members and some new vehicles

senior management are narcissistic and have delusions of grandeur, one in particular has psychopathic tendencies and combined this results in a high turnover of staff, any new member of staff that shows any type of initiative will be sacked.
