Pros
Very little actual work to do since certain individuals hoard work for themselves. I never had to worry about personal tax computations as the 'personal tax manager' (data processor) insisted on performing all tax computations herself.
Cons
The management at this firm is non-existent. The people are so self-absorbed and arrogant that they completely forget that they are supposed to be running an accountancy firm, and instead waste all their time making the website look fancy. Nobody works co-cooperatively in this firm, everybody's trying to boost their own egos and hold up petty office politics, often at the expense of common sense. If it's worth anything, the vast majority of the staff who were then when I worked there have now left, what does that say about the firm?
