I rarely ever take the time to write reviews, but my experience at Mex Group Worldwide was so utterly appalling that I feel it is my moral duty to warn others. This company has managed to cultivate one of the most toxic work environments I have ever had the misfortune to be a part of. If you value your sanity, avoid this place like the plague. At the helm of this sinking ship is the Chairman, who seems to believe that micromanagement and dictatorship are synonymous with effective leadership. This one-man show has fostered a culture of fear and paranoia among the employees, leaving no room for collaboration or creativity. The unrealistic expectations set by the management would be laughable if they weren't so detrimental to one's career. You are routinely set up for failure with ridiculously short deadlines, giving you no time to design, develop, and test your work properly. This inevitably leads to subpar products and unhappy clients, but management remains stubbornly blind to this vicious cycle. Mex Group Worldwide has an appalling practice of mass hiring and firing employees on a daily basis. This lack of job security creates a tense atmosphere where employees are constantly on edge, fearing they will be next. It's no wonder that good talent is neither appreciated nor retained here.
