      Salary payment on time, opportunity to learn if you are a fresher.

      Cons

      Discrimination, less salary, they keep your passport if on company visa. salary cut for entitled annual leaves and sick leaves (more than 1 if taken). Separate rest room for heads of the department and low level employees
