great working environment, flexible approach with a manager/owner who cares deeply about her staff and values their opinions and needs. Never worked for such an open honest company, many staff have worked her for 10+ yrs and you can see why

Good honest company owned by one of the hardest working Directors I have had the pleasure of working with. Lovely team great atmosphere and working environment

None really, disagreed with one of the hires into the senior management team but still enjoyed my time there.
