Pros

There is no reason for any self-respecting professional to work here

Cons

Every day is like Groundhog day - fires need to be put out due to lack of planning by owners, hours spent chasing solutions for problems which should have never been created in the first place. Zero time is spent in planning and forward thinking. Instead of actually making changes, owners blame the rest of of the team for incompetence. People leave or are fired Weekly. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Pros

Good people (staff not management) that are genuine and willing to be helpful when they can. There are NO other Pros.

Cons

As a professional with close to 2 decades of experience; I have never come across such a detrimentally unprofessional & unethical place to work. The fundamental issue is that the owners of this private company simply don’t care about their employees. It’s easy to witness this fact when employees are micromanaged, threatened, bullied and pushed beyond their limits because of unreasonable expectations, lack of organization and lack of support. This is a company who’s primary culture is blame shifting not accountability and that comes from the top. Many employees felt “This company sets people up to fail.” In interviews they talk about how great it is to work here - but once you’re in - the truth is much harsher. I have never witnessed in any other company - so many people hired and leaving, getting fired or laid off - weekly! People I worked with were unhappy, unmotivated and frustrated because their managers were not trained to engage, support and motivate their staff to be successful - because its not important to the people at the top. Most people I knew felt they were minions being pulled in too many directions. Working for this company is a thankless job. There are NO perks at this company. No summer hours or shutting down for the holidays. You can’t even get product samples, there is no employee purchase program - so staff has no familiarity or connection to the company’s products. Cons - NO respect for employees, unreasonable deadlines and requests, managers not trained to manage staff, lacklustre leadership. A Company culture based on fear and blame shifting.
