Pros
The culture and environment are incredibly positive. The organization is open to growth, receiving/implementing feedback, and providing opportunities to grow. The founders work every day in the company and are the first to breathe the Mutt culture.
Cons
It is a start-up. The disadvantage is the lack of some processes and structures. They are open to change fast and implement new solutions; so if you are the person that doesn't prefer changes, it is a con.
