Pros
Pros: No pros here. You can easily get a better salary and better treatment at other retail companies. All you get here is a toxic environment, if you somehow see that as a “pro,” go ahead and take it.
Cons
- Extremely unprofessional management, constant yelling, insults, and threats. - Mental pressure every day, no appreciation, no respect. - Unrealistic expectations with zero proper support. - Long hours, underpaid, and you’re expected to do everything without complaint. - No real career growth, only stress and burnout.
