Pros
Very friendly team that was always willing to help out when you needed it. The training was good and the onboarding process from initial start date to being your own DPM and DPO were very thorough.
Cons
The pay was a little on the low side. A little tough on work/life balance especially for those who were DPO but that tends to be expected with the nature of the business.

Good training to start. Company car, hospitalisation insurance, internet fees and mobile subscription provided.
Cons
Excessive micro management, poor corporate governance, head department managers without HR skills, low salary, poor balance between salary and expected productivity
