      Pros

      Benefits are very good. Management is good and treats everyone well in regards to respect. No yelling and screaming.

      Cons

      The majority of people working at this company have been employed for over 15 years. No young blood. Anyone who is young leaves. Morale is not very good. Pay is very low. Once your in a position, your stuck there. Management will tell you they are doing well until its time to give raises, then it a different story.

      Pros

      Good salary, interesting work, benefits are okay, engineering staff is slightly above normal. Robotic machinery is interesting and challenging. Good lab layout.

      Cons

      Engineering and operations don't work well together. Not much room for advancement. Some employees go out of their way to slow projects down.

      Pros

      The break room area is nice with great espresso machines. Company outings are decent. The admin at the front desk is amazing.

      Cons

      Understaffed, overworked and underpaid. Workplace is not safe, too many OSHA violations gone unaddressed. Management has zero urgency to address issues. HR Department is horrible. False promises from upper management.
