      Okay for short term

      Pros

      Friday drinks Fast paced environment (you won't get bored) Casual clothing New bonus scheme which is a bit more realistic

      Cons

      Long hours that are very unappreciated Can get very monotonous doing the very same thing everyday (uploading banners and uploading sales) System is very very slow, when you need to do a lot of work Unequal distribution of work between teams (some go earlier than others for same pay)

      Small company, Friday drinks, fun environment & activities, good location

      Cons

      Really long hours with no paid overtime. Depending on what team you are in you might be working 10-15 hours more than other people on the same level & receive the same pay! Training could be a lot better. The company is quite unique in what they do so I feel a lot of what you do will be irrelevant to future jobs.

      Great people Location of office is in central London

      Cons

      Not a real buying environment Work is more admin than buying No rewards for hardwork Long hours, only leave on time in first week. Work is managed like school You will not learn how to be a proper assistamt buyer in this role. No benefits except pension and free delivery on sales High staff turnover average 2 or 3 a month out of an office of 40 Low salary
