Fraud... Unprofessional... Never pay Salary in Time... if you ask salary they will scream at you..... Misbehave with you as in you dont deserve any salary.. They treat their employee like a dog and use like a tissue whenever need.. cheated with so many employees and never pay there salary when they left.. they do fake promise ,lie and blame employees... They took an employee and for no reason they dismiss them in between 2-3 months... It happens frequently They make fake promises to you.... They will make you bound overtime and never ever pay for over time. it was never e software firm its an agro firm and has a hospital management software accidentally... its a kinder-garden school for kid not an office ever... They wont pay your tax but they will say your tax cutted from your salary.... Runs several illegal unlicencsed bussiness from foreign country.. Never give you your legal Leaves... forget legal no leaves... In 8th floor building for girls they have ladies toilet in just 5th floor.. others Girl From upper or lower floor has to go to 5th floor and wait for to finish other girls.. unhygenic toilet.... No bin for girls for paad or othewr wastages... fire you for no logical reason and will never pay you..... Forget about your last month salary... if you need the noc and experience letter for no reason you have to give apology letter.... The beraten is client for mysoft and has no license or permission from govt to run the bussiness in bangladesh.. mysoft Claims that itself(mysoft) is a foreign company.. I dont know why.. Mysoft may think shewrapara is outside the bangladesh how funny?? Blame you for no reason... napotism... if you resign the rule is to inform office before two months or if the office fire you then you will get two months advanced salary . but if you resign before two months they will fire you instantly and you will loose 3 months salary and mysoft will never pay you. The worst management i have ever seen in my life. May allah hidayat the person from mysoft and understand at least legal and illegal things. Get well soon.. may allah hidayat them.
