Cons
Pay may be above average, but their expectations and deadlines are inhuman. Human resources are lazy and don't want to do their job. Mandatory installation of spyware for micromanaging.

I have experience worst management under Stephen who is a tech lead on this company , and I dont know why he was appointed as techlead even though his still a junior lever. He dont know the technicalities and he dont know what he was doing. Worst management, he micro manage the dev and to the point we dont want to work anymore.
