Pros
-Sometimes food at end of night (If chef is being nice that day) -Sometimes good customers
Cons
-Not enough pay - only $90 ish overall -Management steals money -They don't have a set system -Lots of checks bounce (I've had 3-4) -The chef there is not a nice person and they constantly excuse his behavior -only keep 60% of tips and you share that with the other servers -Rest of tips goes to BOH and bartenders even though some are considered "managers"
