      Cons

      A toxic place to work built around a leadership team feathering their own nests. This place could be so good, but a terrible executive team giving jobs to people too young and inexperienced because they accept a low salary and do as they are told means it is a frustrating environment to try and have any influence in. Huge churn of staff in the 12 months i was there. If your face fits you will be ok, if it doesn’t, then good luck!

      Great colleagues. The company has an excellent mission to achieve.

      Cons

      Requires all employees to be flexible to the pace of growth and change due to the needs of our customer. Given the role of the company, however, employees are usually up to the task!
