      Pros

      You will get a lot work You will get a lot to learn and experience different php technologies Lunch from company. Everyday manager appreciates your work. parties at big hotels

      Cons

      Time: working hours are said to 9:30 hours but most of time you work for 10-11 hours sometimes 12-15 hours No software management, They need just output no matter how you did it. If work is of 10 hours they will expect to complete the work in 5 hours. You will not get leaves. you need to beg for it. Concentrated on report rather on task.

      Lot to learn Salary on 10 , if Saturday or Sunday then on 11 or on 12th Food provided

      Fox IN time but not out time. you can't left the offc even if your work is done. You have to wait for clients reply even if it's 10 PM or more They treat you as slaves untill you are not imp to then Boss always shout on you Forget about leaves Too much TDS deductions, they don't know the TDS calculations.

      1. Employees are treated as slaves. 2. No working hour limit. 3. Employees are expected to work over 12 hours. 4. No breaks allowed during working hours. 5. Employees are watched over CCTV cameras.
