      Company cares about their employees Company invests in their employees Company is extremely ethical with high integrity Always has the mind set to "do the right thing" no matter what decision management makes Company always takes the employees into considersation when making decisions that may affect an employees well being

      My department manager is very flexible when it comes to alternative work schedules Very little micormanaging Small size so it is easy to become known
