Where do I begin? Crappy benefits, mediocre pay with no increases, Owners are crooked…They owe their past sales people tens of thousands of dollars in commission compensation and refuse to pay it to them. They treat their customers like garbage. Putting liens on their houses for the materials of the installations. They have so many projects that are way past due their installation dates, causing customers to have to still pay for their energy bills plus their new solar loan payments (a lot of people can’t afford that, but if they try to cancel the project NWS slaps them with thousands in cancellation fees), they make their employees handle all these ticked off customers but give them no tools to actually help the customers….i could go on and on. If you have a moral compass or any integrity at all you will be miserable here. I literally felt physically ill every morning I had to walk in those office doors. Don’t give a minute of your time to this scam of a business!
